What Blackhead product should i use?

I Have blackheads on my nose and cheeks been trying to get rid of them for a while but it hasnt gone away. Should i go to the Dermatologist ';think i spelled that right'; ???What Blackhead product should i use?

This should help for blackheads. Rub oatmeal paste on face,leave it to dry for 15 minutes and scrub well before washing off with cold water. Check out http://useinfo-blackhead.blogspot.com/ for more useful tips to control blackheads.
Might sound stupid.Get a vaporizer hold your head under a towel to open pores then scrub.Do this till helps.If not see a dermatologist.
try netrugena (%26lt;--spelled wrong sorry) wipes for black heads, they are two sided and work very well. go on the site to read about them if you want both my friend and i adore them
