Someone I know had a blackhead on the side of their nose and they tried to pop it a long time ago, but it grew into this wart thing, which looks like a bump on their nose. It looks like those warts that witches have on their noses in like cartoons and stuff. They want to get rid of it, but nothing has worked and they DONT want surgery. See a beauty therapist in a salon and ask them what they think. I'd spend the day indoors with my head over a hot bowel of water (to open the pore) and get some good tweezers and slowly pick and squeeze until something comes out. A dermatologist can freeze it, or cut it off. Also, it may be a cyst, which will need to be cut out. Either way, see your doctor for weird skin conditions.
You don't do surgery to get rid of it you use a lazer, it doesn't hurt at all but can be a bit expensive, other than that I don't know how to take it off.

i dont know about it turning into a wart i know if u dont pop it or treat it it gets bigger, squeeze harder
