If it's a blackhead and not a zit, place a very warm cloth over it for about 15 seconds, then gently squeeze on either side.

If the treatments they offer are too pricey ( and it looks as though they may be just that ) I would go ahead and opt for the strips, I've used them before and seen good results. Using an astringent, like ';Clean and Clear - Sensitive'; is also a good way for upkeep.

Depending on how bad the blackhead is, you might have to pop it. Use a warm wet cloth and compress it against your face for a few minutes. Using a paper towel, pop the black head using constant pressure. The paper towel is so you won't get all the oils from your hand in your pores and the constant pressure is a good method so you wont be digging your nails into your skin causing scarring.
