best thing to remove black heads, take a not too soft, not too firm wash cloth, apply some soap and rub into the area where the black heads are. It will remove them and oil and what not. Dont do it everyday cause you can damage your skin, maybe once or twice a week. They should all be gone after the first treatment/face washing.
Some do, some don't. Best is to squeeze them out with a hairpin's curved end or betwwen finger nails.
they don't work, best bet is to get them out yourself.
