I am having a major zit, blackhead, and whitehead breakout, HELP!?!?!?!?

I have zit all over my fore head and back, blackheads on the side of my nose and under my mouth, and every tome I squeeze my nose or chin tons of white heads come squirting out. And to make matters worse in two weeks I am going on a cruise to the southern Caribbean. Oh, and the more I wash my face the worse it gets, I have used probably 5 different facial washes. Please, if you know what to do, please tell.I am having a major zit, blackhead, and whitehead breakout, HELP!?!?!?!?
I wouldn't do that last thing, but I would suggest using astringent ( I use the red clean and clear astringent with the purple top) It dries out your skin so only use it on areas that need it, or if you have extra oily skin use it all over. Also, using a face wash with some sort of acid in it will help as well. I cannot remember the name of the acid right now but it is in the clean and clear set with the silver bottles and I believe purple tops as well. Hope this helps.I am having a major zit, blackhead, and whitehead breakout, HELP!?!?!?!?
use rubbing alcohol and put some on a cotton ball and rub it around it will dry them up over night or during the day
Wash your face three times a day with dial antibacterial soap, or any soap with triclosan. Leave the soap on your face for 2 full minutes, but no longer. You will begin to see improvement in 48 hours.

Be sure to wash your hands throughly when you wash your face, and keep your hands OFF of your face.
the only thing i've used that has worked has been skin perfection. It basically got rid of all my acne in a few days and I haven't had an outbreak in months. Definitely worth a shot if you're having issues.

Oh and they give a free trial if you get it through their website.

I used skin perfection and my acne was pretty much gone in less than a week. It's pretty good stuff.
First thing: Stop meddling with those. The more you do it, the more will pop up. Thems the way they work.

If you pop the white heads, they form scabs. That is the reason for black ones.

After a few years, if you have been popping them out like this - your face will be full of pock marks. It leaves ugly holes and spots all over your face. Leave it well enough alone now. Keep them hands well in your pocket.

Why are you getting them? It has everything to do with harmones. In some teens/ early teens it is common. Some are lucky not to get them and some are. There is not much you can do about it. That's the way you are made - it is a genetic thingy. It will disappear after you pass your 18 or 19th year........ until then you have to.......as I said.....keep your hands in your pocket.
Blemish 鈥?prone skin

ID : Suffers from oil overload, clogged pores and breakouts. Even careful cleansing won鈥檛 keep it clear.

Cleanse : Wash with gel or liquid cleanser or an oily-skin cleansing bar no more than three times per day. Stripping skin won鈥檛 clear it 鈥?hardened oil trapped in pores, not surface grease, causes breakouts. If skin鈥檚 ultra-oily, try a medicated soap or cleanser formulated with triclosan, salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.

Tone : You can follow gel, liquid or bar cleansing with astringent and/or use toner to clean up during the day. However, toners plus drying cleansers or acne medicines may add up to excessive dryness.

Moisturize : Dot and blend a light, oil-free lotion on driest areas only. Stuck on an over drying/moisturizing seesaw? Choose a milder cleanser, like a facial bar instead of medicated cleanser, and try a less-drying medication, such as cream-based instead of gel.

Troubleshoot : Today鈥檚 acne medications not only clear up current breakouts but if used twice a day, everyday, unclog pores to help prevent future blemishes. Benzoyl peroxide dries skin (creams are less drying than gels) so start with a 5% concentration, then go to 10% if skin needs and tolerates it. Salicylic acid dries less than benzoyl peroxide so it can be used with more drying-cleansers. Clay masks sop up oil and remove dead surface cells 鈥?but they鈥檙e no substitute for regular medication.

Make up : Tinted benzoyl-peroxide products deliver light coverage. For more camouflage, opt for an oil-free, non-clogging foundation, like No Shine Oil-Control.

Extra Advice : At-home treatment not working? See a dermatologist. A few appointments to set up a regimen plus checks-in every three to six months may get you in the clear !
The most important thing is not to irritate your skin.

%26gt;wash your face 3 times a day with a foaming clenser that leaves some moisture

%26gt;night time..is fixing time: blot white toothpaste on zits after you wash your face or mary kay acne treatment gel

Basically avoid touching your face, at ALL. And dont over stimulate your skin, this CAUSES acne.

Finally, if you are really worried about it, go see a doctor.
