Im successful at clearnin all my acne, but those damn blackheads!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tell me what you do for your blackheads!Do those blackhead strips really work?

First, stop the problem before it starts. Use noncomedogenic, oil-free, water-based skin-care products. (Noncomedogenic means the products were laboratory tested and approved by the FDA not to clog pores and cause blackheads.)





If you change your skin-care routine and still get blackheads, speak to a dermatologist about getting a prescription for Retin-A, which is a strong exfoliant that opens pores, sloughs off dead skin and cleans out blackheads.





If all else fails, a dermatologic facial performed at a dermatologist's office involves a prescription-strength acid that gets rid of dead layers of skin and the use of surgical instruments to extract the blackheads.





Blackheads are a problem that should be treated by a dermatologist. But, if you want to try an over-the-counter product, a lot of people rave about Biore Pore Perfect Strips, which are supposed to lift out blackheads on your nose, forehead and chin.

yes dey do !!!!! or u can use a home remedy as well !!! mix lemon juice with rose water n apply on ur face wen u go 2 sleep.wash ur faCE IN D MORNING.USE IT DAILY.U WIL SEE D DIFFRENCE IN JUST 1 WEEK !!!
The strips work if you have big pores and the black heads are big. They don't work on me because my pores are tiny, but man you should see the disgusting things that are stuck to one after my husband uses it. They really really hurt too, it's like waxing your nose or chin. Try a product that exfoliates, you have to scrub those buggers off over a week or two.
Yeah, the strips work, but the best brand to go with is biore'!! The clearasil ones dont really pull the blackheads out all that well.
I've tried them and all they remove is skin. use something with salycitic acid in it.
Yea they actually do work, but there are only like 4 in a box, quite pricey, so just open another box and put them all in one...they are easy to open and this is the only way the price is worth it. I mean what does wal-mart have to lose?
I personally do NOT believe these strips work. That is my personal opinion. I believe anything you see folllowing the use of a strip is dead skin. To remove blackheads or excess sebum from pores steam your face for 20 minutes and then take a professional metal instrument available at beauty stores like ULTA or Sephora that you run along your problem areas GENTLY and the blackheads will come out with the pressure.

Yes, they can if you keep it up... Start by using a face scrub then put a hot cloth on your face (as hot as you can handle it with out getting burned) leave it on till the cloth cools. Once you have done that your pours will open up, that is when you would use the strip, finish off with a toner to close pours . good luck
