Pores left open after a blackhead?

When i was younger id push a blackhead out and the next day the pore would close and that would be it, except for some redness. But now(just turned 19) i feel like some pores just stay open after i extract. What causes this and how can it be treated?Pores left open after a blackhead?

they have a lot of pore tightening creams and face washes you can get. go to the store and check it out, or if you want further assistance, go to a dermatologist.
Hold a cold wet flannel to it and press. This should close the pores.
wash your face after you push the crap out. or use an astringent after.
