Wet a wash clothes with the hottest water you can stand. Apply this to the black head. Keep doing this until you can see the black head above the skin a little. if its a black head. its been ready for a long time . it needs to be spooned out. or take a needle and poke it. then take the egde of a knife and apply pressure. it should come out nicely. then pour some poxided down the hole. .... this one gal. i knew she had nothing showing on her nose. i seen a small white spot i asked can i sorta apply pressure. and she said yes. i did. and it came out . like a toothpaste it was so gross. she had to tell me to stop cause it was so rotton. that stuff has got to come out. and if you cant do it. get on some medices. good luck/What is the quickest way to get a blackhead that is not ready to be burst to the surface...Any blachead tips??
