Pimple Or a Blackhead im concerned what comes out of it.?

i got this area on my cheek blackheads, pimples i don't know





when i pop it it comes out this dot which looks abit like a sesame seed


:S can someone tell me what this is? and at the tip of the sesame seed look alike its blackPimple Or a Blackhead im concerned what comes out of it.?

Cleanse (I suggest Clarins cleansing milk) tone and moisturise twice a day and swap a standard cleanser to exfoliate 2 -3 times a week.

its a black head, you need to clean you face and pours thouroughly steaming your face works very well( pour boiling hot water into a large bowl and with a towel over the back of your head put your face closer to the water like a steam room then after 5 miins use a cold flannel wipe your face down) This opens up your pours and allows them to be cleaned
its a black head, and the stuff that comes out of it is probably dried sebum (oil) and dirt :)


best way to get rid of them is to use clearasil sea salt scrub :)

It's a blackhead caused by clogged pours
