Any solutions for acne and blackhead problems?

that could work in a few daysAny solutions for acne and blackhead problems?
To get rid of acne. Try a gentle cleanser. One that is glycerin or sorbitol based will be good and it does not need to be expensive. Cetaphil and Neutrogena has some pretty good ones. Try Cetaphil庐 Gentle Skin Cleanser.

Proactiv works for some people it clears up for a while but acne may come back. It is also very harsh on your skin and may dry it all up, definitely not for people with sensitive skin. My friend said it corroded and bleached her metal sink so if it can do that to the sink, think of what it is doing to your face. So Proactiv is a no no.

Wash your face at least twice a day and everytime after you perspire. If your skin is the oily kind, you do not need to apply any moisturizer, your skin oils are enough to keep it hydrated. If you really must apply a gentle light oil free one. Cetaphil庐 Daily Facial Moisturizer SPF 15 or Cetaphil庐 Moisturizing Lotion is quite good

Apply pimple cream to the acne area. Try benzoyl peroxide low strength(2.5%) first. Don't pick poke scrub or pop your pimples unless you want scars which are really ugly. Scrubbing cleansers or washes are also no-nos because it equals picking and poking and makes acne worse Treated pimples gently.

To get rid of blackheads. Try steaming your face over a pot of boiling water. The steam will open up the pores making it easier for exfoliation. However be careful not to oversteam or you will burn your face.

Exfoliation goes a long way. Try st ive's blemish and blackhead control apricot scrub at least once a week. Use it on the nose and areas with blackheads. DO NOT use them on areas with acne as the scrub is pretty harsh and may scratch or hurt the acne area making it worse.

Another way could be buying a comeodone spoon. One of those metal sticks with a loophole at the end at any beauty store. After steaming your face, use it to press gently on your nose to tweeze out those blackheads.

Eat healthy. Make sure you drink plenty of water. Cut down on sugar and carb intake. Foods like chocolates, coffee, soda drinks, bread, rice potatoes or anything starchy and sugary are no-nos. Cut down on oily and fried foods also. Go for grilled, steamed or baked food. Make sure you eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Ensure that your diet is rich in vitamin A, C, E and Omega-3 which are important for the skin. Less stress and sleeping enough is also important. Not having enough sleep is like putting stress on your body. Makes sure you sleep at least 8 hours a day.

If you are a smoker. Try to quit. Smoking causes a lot of damage to your skin because it introduces toxins to it. These toxins can clog the pores or make the skin harder to breathe and that鈥檚 when the acne bacteria set in. The toxins also cause longer healing of the acne as well as the marks and scars left behind by acne.

If all else fails and your acne is still very bad, it is time to see a dermatologist. The pills and medications do work but you may have to take them long term to suppress the acne as it is not a cure and acne is a chronic disease. However the pills are not miracles and you won鈥檛 see results in 2-3 days. It normally takes about 2 weeks to see the difference. However not all dermatologists prescribe pills unless your acne is really bad. The pills will include antibiotics, accutane and contraceptives. If your acne isn鈥檛 that bad, dermatologists will prescribe topical creams first. If you are really going to a dermatologist, I suggest asking about a product known as Retin-A that treats acne and acne marks and heals the scars.Any solutions for acne and blackhead problems?
Depends on the degree of acne. If mild-apply Benzoyl Peroxide 5%, Moderate to severe: topical antibiotics like Clindamycin or Erythromycin will dry up your acne in 2-3 days. You can get these over-the-counter.

Use a toner with salicylic acid for your blackheads, and a glycolic acid soap for oily skin. Do not forget to moisturize.

I've answered several Acne questions and it pains me to see so many people having similar problems. I tried Proactiv, it made my skin break out worse because of my sensitive skin. I had acne through puberty and an additional 10 years after - which I later discovered was hormone related. I had been to a few dermatologists but they just wanted to dry my skin up to the point it was flakey all the time or red with rashes. I did a lot of online research and tested many many products of my own, I can tell you that there is no pill or cream out there that you can use overnight or for a week and it will forever get rid of your outbreaks.

I finally discovered something that I believe has not been widely publicized because no company can patent it and make lots and lots of money off of people like you and me. It's called Pantothenic Acid - a fancy name for Vitamin B5. Go ahead and Google it...you will see a lot of references to curing acne. I was skeptical as with everything, but my skin has never been so soft and clear since I was probably 12 (I'm 26 now).

The one thing you have to remember when taking this vitamin supplement is that you must take it in high doses. You can buy it at any vitamin store, but only buy it in 1000mg (1gm) per pill strength. I found it online the cheapest.

To start, the recommended program starts you out with 3-5 grams a day for about 5 days. This helps your body get acclimated to the vitamin. You should start to notice a difference after 2 or 3 days, smaller pours, healed blemishes, and I even noticed increased energy. After 5 days increase your dosage to 10 grams a day. I know it sounds like a lot, to take 10 pills a day, but think about how much you want clear skin and that should get you past it. The recommended program has you taking 10 grams for 3 months before backing off to 3-5 for maintenance. I actually only took 10 grams for a month and now am just maintaining with 5-6 grams a day and its working just fine. I did miss a day of pills and immediately started to breakout again so this is one of those things you must be faithful with.

Expect to shell out about $25 a month on 1000mg Pantothenic Acid. A small, small price to pay when you think of all the money wasted on the products out there.

There are very little negative side effects. The only thing I would recommend is to take 3 pills with each meal, and one with a snack, otherwise you may get a little gas or slight diahrea. Nothing major though and by taking with meals it eliminates that problem.

If I help just one person with this recommendation, writing this would have been more than worth it. I know how frustrating it is to have acne, but it doesn't have to be for any one else out there who trys this simple yet effective treatment.
clearasil products are good...but so you won't get black heads and reduce your acne try do use a daily face wash...and moisterize...it has helped me
