You must use a strong exfoliant scrub with warm water for about 5 minutes. Scrub until your skin is pinky-red. Then gently squeeze out the blackhead(s).

It depends on how you do it. The best way is to go and have an aesthetician do the extractions for you during a facial or something. If you can't afford that then the safest way to make sure you don't hurt your skin would be to put your index fingers next to it like you're going to push them together but instead, push down on your skin and press them apart. Blackhead: if you push, and nothing comes out, leave it alone. It is not ready yet.


Whitehead: put a hot washcloth on it, and lightly scrub it off.





Cleans hands before and wash face right after. Never use your nails or squeeze too hard, you could cause scarring.
