I bought a blackhead remover but it does not seem to work..any help?

its my first time using it so i really don't know if i am using it correctly. i have like a million disgusting %26amp; annoying nose blackheads and only a couple of the gross blackheads on my nose came out,the rest are stil there.are there any techniques that you are suppost to do to extract them or anything?? thx!I bought a blackhead remover but it does not seem to work..any help?

use warm water to wash you face and do not use anything hard on it . the dap your face every evening with marykay blemish control toner. and all the black heads will go off.

It sounds like what you said, a pimple. Just keep it clean and it should heal on it's own. I had the same situation on my thigh only it left a hole a lot bigger and it filled in and healed within days. Try not to squeeze anymore than you already have unless there is reoccurring puss.

it depends on skin type, product and all that jazz. i use Zapzyt blemish gel. but if you decide to get that you'd have to get a good moisturizer because it dries out the skin. but it works.Does all blackhead really works?
Your friend is absolutely correct. While using the blackhead remover, the pressure plus the metal can damage the skin and scar it. Get a exfoliating scrub like St. Ives Apricot Scrub and use it while in the shower ...use every day if needed. Using those removers are dangerous and do cause injury to the skin.

I would suggest getting an exfoliator and an antibacterial wash for your face. Use warm water and your exfoliator to exfoliate your face, then wash off using warm water again. Then use your antibacterial wash all over, then wash off with very cold water. (this closes your pores and prevents blackheads)

yeah, they can do damage..


i would just try the biore pore strips.. i just got them last week and you use them 3x weekly.. they open all of your pores on your nose and clean them out.. it like penetrates the blackhead and dissolves it, then lifts all the crap away when you peel it off.


you actually see all the gross crap that was clogging your pores, stuck to the strip.

not really. i haven't found one that works. use a very light exfoliant, it wont work at first but after a few times it will. don't use it everyday though.
it depends on the actual cream and your skin type, but from my experience, not everything works...clean%26amp;clear is quite good though
Just dry your skin up and well ive used all superdrug/boots products and i havent found one that hasnt got rid of them!

However there is just this one black head on my cheek that is very noticeable, especially since i have light skin color.

steaming softens the skin, therefore, it's easier to be removed, however, just by you describing it, I don't think that's a good idea. Do a Warm Compress on it. Press on it with a warm/hot wash cloth. Dip some rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball, press that on the blackhead, the black head should start to surface, get a sewing needle, dip that in the rubbing alcohol, and prick the head out with it, follow up with more rubbing alcohol after you see the head is out. If you have any Aloe plant, put some on the redness, should sooth it and heals it too.

Blackheads aren't acne, so it could simply be that. All a blackhead is, is a pore that's clogged with sebum and occasionally dirt. A blackhead is just a pore filled w/ dirt and dead skin taht never turns into a red bump or gets filled w/ puss. I bet you have them, they are usually small and just a filled up pore that can be squeezed out.
