A blackhead is a pore that's full of dirt. It's sorta gross if you think about it. There are products that are designed to clear your pores and make them smaller so dirt can't get it, but I don't know how well things like that work.

dirt in pores from not washing and scrubbing good and often. Thay have clean and clear blackhead remover pads that harden on your nose that you peel off and it rips um out

To prevent or get rid of them, you need to wash your face twice a day, or when it is oily. In the store they have scrubs made for if you have blackheads.

It is basically big skin pores that fill with dirt.
They are blocked pores in the skin, like any other sort of spot, but with dirt trapped in them ... the black bit! A good facial exfoliant used regularly should cure the problem.
trapped oil and they're very hard to get out. They're much worser than spots because they dont hurt when you squeeze they are like embeded in your face. So basically its caused by trapped dirty oil. Usually get around your ears, and nose.
